Return & refund policy

Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. For this reason, they are sold as final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks unless the piece arrives damaged or is not the artwork that was ordered.

Fine-art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, un-framed, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Contact us at directcontact@kajepanaart.com within 14 days of delivery to begin a return.
• The print must be packed securely and sent back in saleable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
• Once the returned print is received and inspected, the purchase amount is refunded to the original payment method.

If an order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Commission requests are custom work and begin after a personal conversation about the piece. Once a commission is confirmed and work has begun, the agreed payment is non-refundable. If we are unable to complete a commission for any reason, any payments already received will be refunded in full.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayHere. Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days after the refund is submitted, depending on your bank or card issuer.
