After the 60% deposit, the artwork is created and prepared for collection or delivery once the final 40% balance is paid.

Payment schedule
No payment is taken with the request. If accepted, a secure PayHere link collects a 60% deposit before work begins; the remaining 40% is due before the finished artwork is shipped or collected.

Choosing a reference photo
Clear and close. Photograph the subject facing the light so their features are easy to read.
Show the whole subject. Include the full head and shoulders unless the composition asks for something else.
Choose one strong image. A single clear reference is better than several blurry ones. More context can be shared later.
